• Act as consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 1-5+ years of experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform), with a focus on IaC and immutable infrastructure
• 1-5+ years of experience with GCP cloud foundational offerings IAM, VPC, Cloud Logging, security controls, Storage and Compute
• In-depth understanding of Google Cloud's GKE Enterprise, Serverless, Big Data and data analytics native offerings such as Dataproc, Composer, Dataflow, Big Query and related technologies; able to troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine root causes for customer-reported issues, build tools, and enable faster diagnosis
• Software development experience in one of the OO programming languages:
  Java, Go, or Python
• Understanding of good cloud architecture to ensure high availability while maintaining security and visibility
• Strong background in container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift
• Understanding of traffic flow management, including service mesh concepts, with experience in Istio preferred, and how GTM and LTMs manage traffic flows
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, and OTEL
• Fin Ops (cloud) domain knowledge preferred
• Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and articulate solutions
• Confirmed support of production systems at scale
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them effectively
