We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who has spent years building real-world applications and understands what it takes to design, deliver, and support systems that people depend on.

This is not a narrow role.

You will be trusted to own meaningful technical responsibility for designing solutions, building them, improving them, and supporting them in live environments.

You’ll work on modern applications built in cloud-native environments where performance, scalability, and reliability matter.

This role is ideal for engineers who:

• Build and improve applications used in real business environments
• Work across both front-end and back-end components
• Design and support applications running in AWS-based environments

We are looking for engineers who have developed strong instincts from experience.

This includes people who:

• Have spent 7+ years building and supporting production applications
• Have significant hands‑on experience working in AWS environments
• Understand how applications behave beyond local development
• Have worked on systems that required reliability and performance
• Can independently work through complex technical problems
• Have supported or mentored other developers
• Take ownership and accountability seriously

• Built and supported applications that others rely on daily
• Been responsible for deploying and maintaining production systems
• Worked directly in cloud environments beyond basic exposure
• Been trusted with meaningful technical responsibility
• Helped improve systems, not just contribute code

• Have primarily worked in training, academic, or isolated environments
• Have limited exposure to real production systems
• Prefer narrowly defined or highly structured tasks
• Are uncomfortable operating with ownership and autonomy
