Why OpenThese roles are part of the bank’s National Business Line of customers, supporting a major transformation in how digital banking technology is delivered. Historically, the Digital Banking team was outsourced, but with a renewed commitment to innovation and future growth, the bank is now prioritizing bringing IT functions in-house and investing in its internal IT organization. As part of this transformation, the team is currently migrating core digital banking platforms and building a new, high-performing IT group.
This initiative will require hiring a team of seven skilled professionals who will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital banking for the bank’s national customer base.
Interview Process: 3 rounds. (3rd interview in-person)
Must Haves- 8+ years full-stack development experience. Position is more heavy back end- front end is proprietary low code
- Strong in Java, Groovy, Mistro, and RESTful API integration.
- Expertise in financial services/banking systems.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in banking technology.
- Hands-on work with Temenos frameworks or similar DAO platform

- Exposure to digital banking transformation projects.
This is a senior-level engineering role focused on building and enhancing Digital Account Onboarding (DAO) solutions, specifically leveraging Temenos frameworks. The position combines hands-on development, solution design, and leadership responsibilities within a regulated financial environment.
Core Responsibilities- Enhance and integrate features on the Digital Account Onboarding platform (Temenos).
- Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations for banking workflows.
- Provide timely resolution for incidents and ensure system stability.
- Communicate fixes and updates to stakeholders.
- Design scalable, secure solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Define technical standards and best practices.
- Lead technical discussions and guide junior engineers.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to development standards.
- Embed regulatory compliance and governance into all development activities.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for processes and code changes.
