Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Test Manager to join their team. As a Test Manager, you will be part of the Regulatory & Data Testing department supporting critical regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ- hybrid

Pay Range: Competitive per hour

Duration: 12+ months

• Provide senior-level oversight to an established PD&I testing team, including TPMs, Test Managers, and Directors
• Serve as a strategic testing advisor, guiding testing activities without direct line management
• Ensure clear documentation and messaging on data needs, dependencies, timelines, and test phases
• Develop executive-level materials, including leadership decks and visuals, to communicate complex testing and data topics effectively
• Drive leadership readiness by ensuring senior stakeholders have timely and relevant information for decision-making

• Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on regulatory reporting testing
• Deep understanding of data-centric testing, including data movement, lineage, and system impacts
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership
• Strong experience with high-risk regulatory reports such as 2052a, Y-9C, Y-15, 101
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and emotional intelligence to influence and translate details for diverse audiences
