Vice President IT Digital Tools & Strategy

The Vice President of Digital Tools & Strategy is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide digital roadmap. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and integrating cutting‑edge digital platforms and solutions to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and secure a competitive advantage. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data‑driven, and collaborative executive capable of leading cross‑functional teams through significant digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and maintain a multi‑year IT strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and departments (Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc.) to identify technology needs, manage change, and ensure seamless integration of digital tools and systems.
• Establish IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and risk management.
• Lead digital transformation and system modernization programs to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of innovation within IT and across the organization.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost optimization and ROI on technology investments.
• Leadership & Talent Development:
• Build and mentor a high‑performing IT strategy team.
• Collaborate with CIO, CTO, and other executives to align technology with enterprise priorities.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale technology initiatives and digital transformation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into business value.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging tech trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
