About the Position

The Systems Administrator, Senior plays a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient IT services across a hybrid environment that includes on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based systems. This role provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Windows Server ), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, and core enterprise systems. Responsibilities include managing user identities, group policies, file/print services, and maintaining critical server hardware, software, storage, and backups (e.g., Dell Power Store, Cohesity).

The administrator participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation, handles patching and recovery, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, integrated operations. Success in this role requires sound judgment, adaptability, and a focus on automation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment during system outages, and contributes to automation and continuous improvement efforts through scripting, documentation, and collaboration.

We Require
  • Four years of relevant work experience aligning with duties and responsibilities of the role
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with at least
  • A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
We Also Value
  • Experience administering Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) with strong expertise in Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Intune, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange and SharePoint Online
