Overview

CMIC is seeking a sharp, operations‑minded individual contributor to work closely with leadership as we scale a multi‑state healthcare organization. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and wants exposure to a growing healthcare business. You’ll partner directly with leaders across operations, billing, and technology to improve systems, document processes, and drive execution on high‑impact initiatives that support growth across new and existing states.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a power user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, sales operations, technology/point solution integration, process optimization, reporting, and more
  • Build, document, and continually improve internal SOPs and workflows; key deliverable in Year 1 being build‑out of Company Wiki
  • Support operational readiness for new state launches and expansion
  • Partner with administrative, billing, and collections teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and invoicing improvements to enhance visibility and accuracy
  • Help roll out new tools, workflows, and process changes by training and supporting internal teams
Ideal Background
  • 1–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, professional services, or a fast‑paced startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias toward execution and follow‑through
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and navigating ambiguity
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated by building systems that scale
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well Bindings ??? as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Quick Books/accounting software is a major plus
