Base pay range
$24.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Position: Desktop Support
Location: Onsite 5x per week – Phoenix AZ 85009
12+ month contract
Required Skills & Experience- Experience:
4–6 years
- Proficiency in Windows Suite
- iPhone support
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well in a team
- Time management and task prioritization
- Tools: Experience with Service Now
- Experience with Facilities Operations Management Systems
- Resolve tickets related to Windows Suite and iPhones
- Troubleshoot servers, workstations, field computers, peripherals, handheld devices, software, OS, programming
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Manage work assignments with minimal supervision
- Adhere to departmental change control and problem reporting procedures
- Handle 5–20 Service Now tickets daily
