Overview: We are looking for an expert‑level Technical Business Analyst with experience in the FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One applications.

• Contribute to overall core banking solution strategy for digital bank implementation.
• Identify and understand SMBC guidelines, policies, and procedures for IT Asset Management for core banking applications used at Jenius Bank.
• Collaborate with Product to implement core banking FIS solutions.
• Define and document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by Jenius Bank for MBP 3.8 to MBP 3.11 upgrade.
• Review, analyze, and document MBP 3.11 requirements with Jenius stakeholders.
• Outline API and event updates.
• Maintain Jenius Kanban board.
• Provide support for Jenius testing strategy.
• Monitor, evaluate, andNES audit processes to ensure compliance.
• Perform any related duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of experience in an analyst role within banking.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is mandatory.
• Preferred:
  Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking, financial services, or credit card services.
• Proficiency with standard office software such as MS Office, Visio, and JIRA.
• Experience with banking ecosystem and system integration.
• Solid skills in testing APIs using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, and writing automation scripts for API tests.
• Working knowledge of banking concepts such as ACH/EFT processing, deposits, lending, and general ledger.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences at various levels, including executive management.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, interpersonal, team, customer‑service, negotiation, conflict‑management, and time‑management skills.
