Med Aire, the global leader in aviation and maritime medical and security assistance, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support our Commercial Services team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys improving processes, building reports, and supporting global commercial operations. This position does not qualify for visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Analyze business challenges, identify process bottlenecks, and improve workflows.
• Maintain documentation and best practices.
• Build Power BI dashboards and maintain reports and sales records.
• Ensure accurate Salesforce activity updates and CRM compliance.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including Power Automate.
• Manage the Commercial Services shared mailbox, provide pricing support, review quotes, support price indexation, and assess non-standard requests.
• Partner with regional sales teams to track KPIs and support global projects.

• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and Power BI capability.
• Clear communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, AI tools, SQL, DAX, or automation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to travel periodically for internal meetings.
