• Develop & Manage the Technology project plan for the project, including - a) End to end coordination between all impacted scrum teams, b) Dependencies between Technology teams, c) SIT/Interconnectivity testing d) Info Security launch conditions that impact technology , e) Penetration testing, SAST, DAST, performance testing , f) Technology operations knowledge transfer & turn over and, g)
  Cloud Infrastructure work .
• Vendor Implementation Management, including -a) Assist vendor onboarding teams with coordination of technology due diligence ,b) Partners with vendors to understand their implementation process and how it maps to enterprise Agile processes, c)
  Facilitate vendor requirements gathering with enterprise stakeholders, d) Manages Technology project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved, e) Drives problem resolution and risk mitigation, f) For programs, partner with Technology leadership on resource allocation and planning, g) Ensures Program or Project follows IT policies and standards and enterprise Technology Project Management process and enterprise SDLC ,h) Coordinate with Architecture Scrum Master to plan timing of AGCs required for project or program, i)
  TPM to pass technology updates to PMO group for the specific program or project level reporting. This would ensure aligned updates at a Program and Project level are being shared with leadership, and j)
  Partner with PMO on Project retrospective and closure
• Scrum Master, including - a) Servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge, b)
  Drive Scrum ceremonies with delivery team, c)
  Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness, d) Ensures in depth tracking of Risks , e)
  Timelines and Dependencies, f) Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, g) vision and road map - Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users, h)
  Create metrics driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics, Drive Agile team objectives, i) Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams, j) Measure user story execution, k) Handles external relations, e.g. product or vendor partners, l) Identify and remove team impediments, escalade where assistance is needed in removing impediments, m) Partner with Product Manager to improve efficiency of overall team, n) Look at current obstacles and plan what can be done to prevent obstacles in the future, and o) Responsible for detailed Scrum level metrics reporting from JIRA and other plugin.
