• Provide technical support to U‑Haul affiliates and end users regarding the Web Self Storage  application
• Educate affiliates on the functionalities of the Web Self Storage  application
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain detailed documentation of affiliate tickets
• Maintain a positive and composed demeanor while assisting customers in challenging situations

• 1 to 2 years of technical support or call center experience, or a satisfactoryԠ equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role
