Design and ImplementationDevelop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks and storage systems.
Maintenance and SupportPerform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support end users.
TroubleshootingResolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Security ManagementImplement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
CollaborationWork closely with other IT professionals including network engineers, system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
ALL YOULL NEED FOR SUCCESSBachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, CISM IS Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience training.
3 to 5 years of demonstrable handson IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues.
Must be willing to travel.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience preferred but not required NetworkingTeam environment and structure Onsite airport operations support team in a fast-paced environment.
