- Develop & manage the Technology project plan for the project, including end-to-end coordination between all impacted scrum teams.
- Manage dependencies between Technology teams.
- Conduct SIT/Interconnectivity testing.
- Address Info Security launch conditions that impact technology.
- Perform penetration testing, SAST, DAST, and performance testing.
- Facilitate technology operations knowledge transfer and turnover.
- Assist vendor onboarding teams with coordination of technology due diligence.
- Partner with vendors to understand their implementation process and how it maps to Jenius Agile processes.
- Facilitate vendor requirements gathering with Jenius stakeholders.
- Manage Technology project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals such as deadline, scope, and quality are achieved.
- Drive problem resolution and risk mitigation.
- For programs, partner with Technology leadership on resource allocation and planning.
- Ensure Program or Project follows IT policies and standards, Jenius Technology Project Management process, and Jenius SDLC.
- Coordinate with Architecture Scrum Master to plan timing of AGCs required for project or program.
- Pass technology updates to PMO group for program or project level reporting.
- Partner with PMO on project retrospective and closure.
- Provide servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge.
- Drive Scrum ceremonies with delivery team.
- Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness.
- Track risks, timelines, and dependencies in depth.
- Execute Program Increment (PI) objectives to support strategy, vision, and roadmap – ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users.
- Create metrics-driven insights into delivery and execution of the team using relevant team-level metrics.
- Drive Agile team objectives.
- Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams.
- Measure user story execution.
- Handle external relations, e.g., product or vendor partners.
- Identify and remove team impediments, escalating where assistance is needed.
- Partner with Product Manager to improve overall team efficiency, planning future obstacle prevention.
- Responsible for detailed Scrum-level metrics reporting from JIRA and other plugins.
