Pay Range:$36.00 - $41.00 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner in identifying project goals and delivering value-added solutions.
- Coordinate and manage competing priorities across interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with business units to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT teams.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
- Prepare business cases, executive-level summaries, and documentation that connect business needs with technology or process solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT audit procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication through excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and action items to ensure timely completion and accountability across teams.
- Maintain and enforce a set cadence of updates (daily or weekly) through status meetings, progress reports, and summary communications to stakeholders.
- Background in Business Analysis, Business Relationship Management, Operations, or IT Project Management within a large municipal, enterprise, or utility organization.
- Proven success in collaborative work across interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Understanding of IT audit procedures and regulatory compliance (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with asset management systems or large-scale IT implementations. Familiarity with municipal or utility operations. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
