Job Title:

Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for an expert‑level Technical BA with FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One applications experience.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities- Contribute to overall core banking Solution strategy for digital bank implementation to meet the organization's business requirements
- Identify and understand guidelines, policies and procedures for IT Asset Management for core banking applications used at Jenius Bank
- Contribute to implementation of core banking FIS solutions by collaborating with Product
- Define & document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by Jenius Bank for MBP 3.8 to MBP 3.11 upgrade
- Responsible for MBP 3.11 Documentation Review, Analysis with Jenius stakeholders
- Responsible for outlining API & Event updates
- Maintain Jenius Kanban board
- Provide support for Jenius testing strategy
- Monitor, evaluate, and execute audit processes to ensure compliance.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in an Analyst role in Banking
- Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.
- Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking, financial services, or credit card services preferred
- Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office, Visio and JIRA
- Experience with banking ecosystem, system integration
- Solid skills in testing API using tools like Rest Assured, Postman and writing automation scripts for API tests.
- Working knowledge of banking concepts, example ACH/ EFT processing, Deposits, Lending, GL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive management, individual contributors
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
