Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Functional Consultant

Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 5 Days in a Week)

Contract C2C/W2

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business users to understand financial processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between current business processes and Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities, recommending best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Design and execute system testing, user acceptance testing, and support training programs for end-users.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
• Develop functional documentation, process flows, training materials, and user guides for finance applications.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud ERP product updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Support finance teams in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring system integrity and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls within the Oracle Cloud Finance environment.

• Oracle Cloud Finance Modules (General Ledger, Expense, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Accounting Hub, Advanced Collection, Cash Management)
• Business Process Analysis and Solution Design (gap analysis, functional specifications, solution design)
• Communication and Collaboration (stakeholder engagement, technical collaboration, end-user training)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials) implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle cloud financial modules (General Ledger, Expense, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Accounting Hub, Advanced Collection, Cash Management).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP product updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Experience in post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives for finance modules.
