IT Director

We are looking for an experienced IT Director to oversee and manage the technology operations of our organization in Phoenix, Arizona. • Direct and manage IT operations, ensuring seamless functionality and performance across all systems.
• Lead deskside support teams to address technical issues efficiently and maintain high user satisfaction.
• Oversee hardware deployments and ensure timely installation and configuration of computer systems.
• Implement and maintain robust backup technologies to protect organizational data.
• Manage and optimize Cisco technologies to enhance network performance and security.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and protocols to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and IT capabilities.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within IT operations or management.
• Strong expertise in deskside support and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware deployment and configuration.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing backup solutions.
• Extensive experience working with Cisco technologies.
• Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
