Test Analyst – Healthcare Functional and Automation Selenium Testing (Healthcare Domain)

We are seeking a Test Analyst for a full-time position in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of core Healthcare domain expertise within the Testing experience, with hands-on experience with web application & .Net batch application testing and creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
• Exposure to US healthcare system, including HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPPA, Health Care Exchange, and QNXT application knowledge
• Proficiency in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP, RFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Java), with working knowledge of IBM RQM, CQ, and RTC
• Expertise on Software Life Cycle Methodologies like waterfall and Agile Delivery, with exposure to various testing estimation models
• Ability to work in a multiple/diverse stakeholders’ environment, with strong people coordination and client interfacing skills
• Analytical skills and experience working in a Global delivery environment
