Technical Test Lead – Healthcare Functional Testing

This is a full-time role in Phoenix, AZ.

Role: Technical Test Lead – Healthcare Functional Testing (Domain: Independent Verification and Validation Testing Insurance)

Qualifications:

• Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. One year of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

• At least 4+ years of QA experience in the Health Care domain.
• Minimum 3 years of core Healthcare domain expertise within Testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with web application & .Net batch application testing.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
• Exposure to US healthcare requirements like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPPA, Health Care Exchange (HIX).
• Adequate proficiency in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP, RFT, Selenium, Cucumber, Java).
• Expertise in Functional testing, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Expertise on Software Testing Life Cycle Methodologies like waterfall, Agile Delivery.
• Exposure to various testing estimation models.
• Good verbal, written communication skills, and analytical abilities.
• QNXT application knowledge.
• Knowledge of IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM), IBM Clear Quest (CQ), IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies and Quality processes.
• Skillset includes analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, ability to work in a multiple/diverse stakeholders environment, and people coordination.
