Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships that enable the Enterprise Observability team to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders and business partners
- Gather functional and business requirements from stakeholders and translate into actionable deliverables by working with engineers, architects, and leaders
- Ensure ongoing identification and completion of deliverables, managing schedules, milestones, and technical success
- Ensure accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools
- Monitor and communicate progress of solution delivery and provide status updates on cost, forecast, schedule and risks/issues
- Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels
- Anticipate delivery risks and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure effective usage of change control procedures to manage scope, schedule and cost
- Steer technical program conversations related to architectural approach and system design; document solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps
- Provide inputs for leadership updates and facilitate meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree and/or valid industry certifications preferred
- Extensive experience in a team leadership role, interfacing with executive customers and leading concurrent work streams
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong business and financial aptitude
- Experience with Service Now and other IT Asset Management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to document business data requirements
- Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, cloud usage and billing, application development and maintenance
- Technical application implementation experience with relational databases, large data sets, and iterative design activities
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to translate customer needs into reporting, analytics, data and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead customer training, design and knowledge transfer sessions
- Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation
