The Court Runner/Specialist at ABC Legal Services performs daily delivery of legal documents to multiple courts in person and picks up documents that have been issued by the courts. Documents received from the court are scanned into ABC system software, case information is entered into ABC’s database before being automatically electronically dispatched.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick up documents from the court
- Deliver documents to ABC Legal office location
- Scan document into the ABC Legal document tracking system
- Enter relevant case information into ABC Database
- Minimum 6 months of related experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with multiple hours of driving between court locations, including often congested traffic conditions
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and PDF formatting
- Ability to learn new computer programs/software
- Must be a self-starter
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Pay
: $20/hr -$22/hr + mileage reimbursement
Work Location:
Phoenix, AZ and traveling with documents to and from Mesa and Tempe, AZ
