** Position Profile*
* Responsible for the planning and coordination of projects and activities for designated web-related and other projects for the agency. Assures quality customer service to all customers; promotes positive human relationships and contributes to supportive and cooperative work environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects (internet and others) to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, budget and functional specification parameters.

+ Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

+ On web-related projects, works closely with IS/HOV staff members.

+ Consults with IS management to identify focal point areas to apply project management skills.

+ Serve as primary liaison with outside vendors(s), web and others as projects dictate, to successfully manage internet related and other projects from beginning to end.

+ Prepare status reports summarizing activities.

+ Works with internal technicians to troubleshoot technical problems with Internet based programs.

+ Maintains and enhances professional skills.

+ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Management or related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.

+ Minimum of 5 years experience establishing and supporting ITSM processes and tools.

+ PMP or equivalent certification.

+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management, Information Technology, or media management experience to include three years in vendor manager role.

+ Broad knowledge of Information Technology general functions (e.g., desktop computer software, Internet Technologies, HIPPA regulations).

+ Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows.

+ Excellent communication skills and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
