Our client, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency is looking for a SEO Specialist to join their team onsite 5x per week in Phoenix, AZ. This is a fulltime, direct hire opportunity that comes with excellent benefits.

Our client is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who will play a key role in improving keyword rankings and driving organic traffic across multiple digital properties. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and continuously refining SEO strategies to increase visibility and performance for client websites.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies and campaign configurations to support organic growth goals.
• Leverage Google and Bing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Business Profile, and Bing Places, to analyze performance and optimize results.
• Implement local and long-tail search strategies to increase qualified traffic and search visibility.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Create and maintain link-building strategies to support both new and ongoing client engagements.
• Define SEO requirements, tasks, and resource needs to ensure successful execution.
• Manage and optimize SEO initiatives to align with broader business objectives.
• Stay current on SEO trends, search engine updates, and digital marketing best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
• 2-8 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Current knowledge of SEO trends and best practices, with a proactive approach to ongoing learning.
