• 2‑year degree in a relevant field and/or professional experience
• 4‑6+ years of basic knowledge of desktop hardware and the ability to install or replace hard drives, additional PCI cards, power supply units, RAM, and/or optical drives

• Solid understanding of installing or upgrading Windows OS (7,10,11) and configuring necessary drivers
• Knowledgeable with Active Directory
• Familiar with basic server maintenance and network concepts
• Familiar with antivirus tools and malware/spyware scanners and removal tools
• Can work with others to provide support in a timely and friendly manner
• Strong multitasking skills
• Can work autonomously or as a member of a team
• A+ certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass a background check
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (spreadsheets, Outlook calendars, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Respond to new IT support requests, prioritize, and document issues and resolutions
• Respond to tickets and provide detailed responses in the ticketing system
• Perform hardware and desktop repairs (Dell shop), peripheral replacements and basic software configuration such as OS installations and driver configurations
• Configure and install email clients, MS Office, and other software applications
• Maintain OS patch levels and anti‑virus updates
• Must pass a drug test
• Ability to lift and transfer parcels of 50 pounds
• Dell certification is a plus
• WSUS experience a plus
• Installation and configuration of printers
• Troubleshoot end‑user problems with various desktop/laptop issues
• Remove threats (virus, malware, etc.)
• Track assets and document software purchases
