Job Description & How to Apply Below

Join a growing technology consulting team as a Business Analyst in a hybrid role supporting government client relationships and vendor management initiatives. This is a newer team that's spearheading projects with state government entities, with a strong track record of successful placements. The role is approximately 90% vendor-led work where you'll be responsible for requirements gathering, scoping, documentation, and conducting interviews with customers and stakeholders.

Day-to-day work involves extensive customer-facing interactions, coordinating between vendors, internal IT teams, and government clients. The position offers a hybrid schedule working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (flexible hours available, some work 7am to 4pm), with Mondays and Fridays fully remote and Tuesday through Thursday onsite.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the intersection of technology consulting and government services, with direct visibility into major state infrastructure projects. You'll be part of a new team that's building processes and relationships from the ground up, giving you significant influence over how work gets done. The role offers tremendous variety, from vendor management and requirements gathering to creating project documentation and coordinating complex stakeholder relationships.

You'll work on projects with timelines extending from 2026 to 2028, giving you long-term visibility and the chance to see initiatives through from conception to implementation. The customer-facing nature of the position means you'll build strong relationships with government entities and big tech customers, expanding your professional network and gaining valuable public sector experience. With 90% of work being vendor-led, you'll coordinate between multiple parties, honing your project management and communication skills.

The hybrid schedule with Mondays and Fridays remote provides excellent work-life balance while maintaining collaborative onsite time mid-week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys stakeholder management, and wants meaningful work supporting government technology initiatives.
