As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations related to DMC. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver architecture solutions.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities in DMC and maintain strong business acumen; stay updated on industry trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and informing stakeholders of developments and outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust in EY SAP DMC initiatives.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide feedback and coaching, and foster an innovative and inclusive environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines in the DMC space.

Work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document workflows; design functional aspects of DMC solutions; coordinate configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology requirements for DMC.
• Ability to analyze cost-benefit scenarios for DMC implementations.
• Experience in system configuration design and business architecture within Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) specifically within DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore and offshore teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain best practices within DMC, with benchmarking and advisory experience in supply chain technology.
• Ability to research client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel (40-60%).
• Experience in technology cost-benefit analyses and knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Training design and delivery skills.

• Prior consulting experience with DMC specialization.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA) focusing on PP and DMC.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP MRP.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with MES, QM, EWM, and DMC.
• Hands-on SAP PP configuration experience.
• Experience designing RICEF solutions and writing functional specs.
• Experience writing and executing test scripts and delivering training materials for end users.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, Materials Management, and DMC.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and PLM processes, including BOM management and Make to Stock or Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models.
