- Service Now Modules:
Operational Resilience Management, Privacy Management, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC suite, Business Continuity Management (BCM), CMDB/CSDM. - Development:
JavaScript, Glide API (Glide Record, Glide System), HTML, CSS. - Configuration:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs. - Automation:
Flow Designer, Workflow Editor. - Integration: REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions within the Service Now Privacy Management module to manage Data Subject Requests (DSR/DSAR), privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data mapping.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
- Apply privacy concepts, including Privacy by Design, Data Processing Activities (DPA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
- Apply strong knowledge of Operational Resilience Principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, FCA/PRA).
- Familiarity with risk management concepts such as Risk Assessment, Controls, Policies, and Audit Management.
Service Now Certifications (Desired): Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or specialized GRC/IRM/Privacy certifications.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year
