• Lead the Windows 11 Migration Initiative – Oversee and coordinate all activities related to the enterprise-wide Windows 11 migration, ensuring smooth deployment, minimal downtime, and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage PC Configuration and Imaging – Supervise and execute bulk imaging of laptops and desktops with Windows 11, including setup, configuration, and quality assurance of end-user devices.
• Provide Technical Leadership – Act as the technical lead for on-site and remote migration teams, ensuring best practices in configuration management, system updates, and deployment processes.
• System Administration and Support – Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems, including hardware, operating systems, and related infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• User Support and Issue Resolution – Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support to end users during and after migration activities, ensuring quick resolution of system-related issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Coordination – Work closely with IT project managers, infrastructure teams, and end users to align project deliverables, elevate issues when needed, and ensure seamless execution of operational tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting – Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, migration procedures, troubleshooting steps, and lessons learned. Provide regular status updates to management.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance – Monitor system health and performance, apply updates and patches, and ensure compliance with security and configuration policies.
• Automation and Optimization – Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency using scripting tools and system management utilities.
• Adherence to IT Standards – Ensure all systems and processes comply with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity, and data management policies.
