SAP Basis Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of SAP Basis or SAP Technical Architecture experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on SAP S/4

HANA BASIS support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies, architecture, and tools, and will be responsible for supporting SAP systems across ECC and S/4

HANA landscapes. This role involves system analysis, performance optimization, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations.

• Support clients as an SAP Basis expert with deep knowledge of SAP technology, tools, and architecture
• Identify, assess, and solve complex SAP technology problems
• Perform system‑wide analysis for enterprise application technology and performance
• Develop architectural analysis in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and analysts
• Assist in strategy creation, problem resolution, and documentation of issues and solutions
• Communicate technical issues and solutions from both business and technical perspectives
• Manage small to medium‑sized teams and work efforts at client sites
• Provide production and migration support for SAP S/4
  
  HANA and ECC solutions
• Perform HANA and BASIS support and resolve customer‑reported issues
• Conduct testing for BASIS‑delivered solutions
• Support SAP workloads on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Interface with software vendors and module consultants for issue resolution
• Understand SAP application touchpoints and integrations across modules
• Perform root cause analysis, implement solutions, and ensure SLA adherence

• Minimum 8 years of SAP Basis or SAP Technical Architecture experience (cloud or on‑premise)
• At least 3 years of hands‑on SAP S/4
  
  HANA BASIS support experience
• Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with landscape strategy and system architecture
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA, including testing, cutover prep, and hypercare

• Experience in SAP performance optimization
