Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst with strong analytical, reporting, and data processing expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SQL databases, dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau), and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights and ensuring accurate, automated reporting across business units.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain reliable reports and dashboards from multiple data sources. Distribute reports on a recurring basis to stakeholders.
- Transform raw data into structured, functional formats for analytics, reporting, and visualization. Apply NLP, regex, and data cleaning techniques as needed.
- Develop solutions to automate manual processes such as data entry, validation, and integration.
- Utilize Service Now modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, ITOM, ITAM) to support IT service management workflows.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Produce clear, understandable reports and dashboards for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with business teams, IT, and analytics teams to understand requirements, provide solutions, and improve reporting capabilities.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SQL, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of programming languages:
Python, R, or Java. - Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and integration, including NLP and regex techniques.
- Solid understanding of ITIL or ITSM best practices.
- Experience with Service Now modules is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power BI or Excel.
- Prior experience in data automation, scripting, or ETL processes.
- Familiarity with integrating SQL queries into automated reporting pipelines.
