Temporary Contract Recruiter

Vaco Phoenix has partnered with a growing organization to hire a Temporary Contract Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting for key roles, including Field Technicians, Store Managers, and other hands‑on or skilled trade positions. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

This is a fully onsite role, 40 hours/week, paying up to $34 per hour.

• Manage high-volume recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Track candidates and maintain reporting for all requisitions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Prior experience in recruiting, ideally for high-volume, hands‑on, or skilled trade roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
