LocationPhoenix, AZ (Hybrid) - primarily remote but candidates MUST be local to PHX for occasional onsite meetings
Required Skills & Experience- Experience leading OCM initiatives from end to end within an enterprise organization
- Experience developing and facilitating change network sessions
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive meeting agendas
- Proficiency in MS Office and survey tools
- Strong critical thinking, listening, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience creating training materials and drafting communications
- HS Diploma/GED + 6 years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years related experience
- Master’s degree in OD, Business, Communications, or related field
- Background in consulting or similar project‑based environments
- Experience working with technical and non technical workforce to be able accommodate adoption plans
The Organizational Change Manager supports the planning and execution of change strategies across enterprise initiatives. In this role, you will lead projects and collaborate closely with senior team members to drive adoption and engagement. You will partner with functional teams, project stakeholders, and mid‑level leadership to ensure effective change execution and readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies
- Create and implement communication and training plans aligned with project objectives
- Create and facilitate change agents / change networks
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and key meetings to support change readiness
- Perform readiness assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support sustainment planning and post‑go‑live activities, including measurement of training effectiveness
- Contribute to post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
$40-58/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
