Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with strong attention to detail to contribute to HR operations, legal compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of HR procedures and legal documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and manage legal forms and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

- Conduct background checks and verify employment details to maintain accurate and secure employee records.

- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits coordination, and policy implementation.

- Draft and handle legal correspondence related to HR matters with accuracy and timeliness.

- Support the development and management of benefit functions, ensuring employees have access to relevant resources.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace environment.

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

- Assist with special HR projects as needed, contributing to organizational goals. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in HR administration or a related field.

- Proficiency in handling legal forms and maintaining compliance with regulations.

- Strong knowledge of conducting background checks and managing employee records.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for drafting legal correspondence.

- Familiarity with employee benefits and related HR functions.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
