We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and enhance our HR initiatives in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who excels at building teams, refining processes, and advocating for employees while driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives related to staffing, retention, and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees and managers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including conducting reviews, guiding improvement plans, and facilitating promotions and terminations.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, offer letters, and background checks.
  • Maintain and audit employee files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Administer HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, and talent management.
  • Conduct annual market compensation analyses and provide recommendations to ensure competitive pay scales.
  • Process payroll and manage state registrations while facilitating benefits enrollment and educating employees on available options.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and templates to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Provide monthly reports and contribute to the development and execution of departmental budgets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and benefit administration.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and platforms for payroll and benefits management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and guide managers effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs for diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and background checks.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with organizational growth objectives.
