What’s a typical day as Onsite Recruiter?
  • Leading full-cycle recruitment for operations roles in manufacturing, life sciences, engineering, and quality, with exposure to pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated environments
  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent
  • Maintaining the Smart Recruiters Applicant Tracking System, reporting on metrics, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align talent needs
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-3 years’ recruiting experience (required)
  • Are skilled in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and relationship development in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Smart Recruiters) and sourcing tools
  • Bring strong organizational skills and knowledge of the Phoenix local recruitment market; experience in healthcare, pharma, or FDA-regulated industries is preferred
