As a Recruiter at Envoy
, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing top clinical professionals in permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with your Lead Recruiter on your allocated clients/accounts you are tasked with filling positions within. You will aim to understand the staffing needs of those allocated clients/accounts, and leverage your sourcing expertise to deliver outstanding candidates. This is a high-impact position where you’ll directly contribute to building stronger healthcare teams and better patient care outcomes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, pre‑qualifying screens, submitting candidates to vacancies, interviewing preparing candidates, offer management, and post‑placement care during rebate periods.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through placement.
- Source talent using multiple channels, including databases, job boards, networking, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Partner with Lead Recruiters and client leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our ATS (Manatal).
- Meet and exceed recruitment metrics including placements, submittals, and pipeline growth
- Stay up to date with market trends in healthcare recruitment, compensation, and workforce challenges.
- Experience: 18+ months of recruitment experience (healthcare or clinical preferred, but open to other specialties if transferable).
- Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, consultative approach, and ability to build trust quickly.
- Mindset: Competitive yet collaborative, motivated by results, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
- Tools: Comfortable working with ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
