We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support ongoing payroll operations, with a strong focus on benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy support.
What You’ll Do- Support and process regular payroll cycles; resolve payroll discrepancies
- Handle new hire enrollments, life events, terminations, and open enrollment
- Ensure payroll & benefits compliance with federal and state regulations
- Support HR policies, audits, reporting, and process improvements
- Partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, brokers, and carriers
- 3+ years of U.S. payroll experience
- Hands‑on experience with benefits administration
- Solid understanding of payroll & employment compliance (FLSA, wage & hour, benefits eligibility)
- Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (Paychex, ADP, Workday, or similar)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential data
- Multi‑state payroll or compliance experience
- Experience in fast‑growing or international organizations
