Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Communications, or English who’s ready to turn your people skills and love for communication into a thriving career in recruitment? JARS Cannabis is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our growing HR team.
This role is a perfect launchpad for anyone who thrives on building relationships, loves the challenge of finding the right fit, and wants to make an impact from day one. We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and tools – you bring the curiosity, organization, and enthusiasm.
What You’ll DoManage the full recruitment cycle for corporate and dispensary roles—from job postings and resume reviews to interviews and offer letters.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Be the friendly, professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with multiple stakeholders.
Learn how to leverage social media and sourcing tools to find top talent.
Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and report recruitment metrics to help us keep improving.
Partner with HR and managers to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.

What We’re Looking ForA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, English
, or a related field.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills – you’re comfortable speaking with people at all levels.
Excellent organization and time management skills – you can handle multiple roles and deadlines at once.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, email, and online communication tools.
Eagerness to learn applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (we’ll train you).
A professional, trustworthy approach when handling confidential information.
Bonus Points If You Have:- Internship or part-time experience in HR, recruiting, sales, or customer service.
- Experience with event planning, networking, or campus involvement.
