Tanner Ryan Executive Placement Specialists is a boutique executive search firm specializing in medical device, capital equipment, and radiology/biotechnology roles nationwide.

We partner with clients long-term, delivering high-quality, relationship-driven search outcomes.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting searches across Medical Sales, Field Service Engineering, Executive Leadership, and Clinical positions.

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of agency recruiting experience in medical device or capital equipment
• Are skilled in competency-based and behavioral interviewing to assess performance, motivation, and cultural alignment
• Are self-managed, organized, and operate with urgency
• Communicate effectively and use Linked In Recruiter and an ATS confidently
• Thrive in a metric-driven, high-accountability environment
• Operate with integrity and collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing team

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 (W-2)
• Uncapped commission with $100K+ total earning potential
