## Total Rewards Analyst - Benefits Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment.

** Overall Purpose
** This position provides professional level total rewards support to support the company and the departments objective to attract, retain, motivate, and reward employees. Responsible for ensuring high level support of the day-to-day administration of the company’s total rewards programs including benefits, compensation and HRIS support.
** Essential Functions
**** Benefits:
** Perform a variety of duties related to benefit plan administration such as, benefits benchmarking surveys, HRIS enrollment maintenance, billing reconciliation, conducting new hire onboarding and benefits orientation, wellness program, tuition reimbursement, and scholarship program. Respond to employee questions, research inquiries and coordinate with providers to resolve concerns. Support the Benefits function during the annual open enrollment process and new benefit plan implementations.
** HR Systems and Support:
** Responsible for HR system records maintenance and processing including initiating and maintaining HR system transactions such as onboarding transactions, change-of-status, benefits, terminations, etc. Monitor system integrity and transactions across the enterprise and take action to complete or notify owners to complete. Escalate transactions or issues to ensure timely completion, as needed. Diagnose and problem solve transactions or HR system related issues, as needed.
Maintain employee files and records in accordance with records retention policies.
** Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting:
** Support ongoing projects and initiatives that are aligned to the broader goals and priorities of the HR function intended to optimize HR processes and technology. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to support the total rewards function. Support the creation of educational materials and conduct presentations on benefits, compensation or HR systems and processes. Responsible for the maintenance of the HR SharePoint site.
Auditboard primary policy admin for the People Team.
Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Education or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum of 3 or more years of related HR, benefits, or administrative support experience.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
* Knowledge of employee benefits.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills.
* Demonstrated professionalism and sensitivity and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Background and drug screen.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Prior HR system experience, preferably Workday.
* Prior benefits or compensation experience.
* Microsoft SharePoint experience.
** Physical Requirements
** Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers.
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
