The Culture & Well-being Specialist is responsible for the strategic integration of culture change, DEI, and staff well-being initiatives across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between multiple HR functions—including Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Internal Communications—to ensure a cohesive global culture.

• HR Foundation: 5+ years of experience in HR and Organizational Development, including mandatory HR Generalist (HRG) experience.
• Organizational Change: Proven expertise in Change Management and Culture Design within complex, matrixed, or global environments.

  Strong ability to scale processes and manage enterprise-wide business initiatives.

  Experience using data and assessments to measure cultural impact and optimize HR processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.

• Support enterprise-wide culture, DEI, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead internal communications and change management support for global culture shifts.
• Develop and maintain ERGs and Culture Champion cohorts.
• Implement communication campaigns and training content for various country offices.
• Stay current on research and trends regarding staff care and organizational health.
