• Must be active duty U.S. Military member

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection preferred
• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of recruitment efforts

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
• Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Strong interviewing and networking abilities
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Resourceful with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
