Position: Recruiter - SkillBridge Opportunity (NY, CA, AZ, NM, FL, TN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with Operations to assess and meet staffing needs effectively

  • Maintain contact with potential candidates and assist with the application process
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection practices
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and support the organization’s growth with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and possessing strong interviewing skills
