Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
We are seeking detail-oriented Criminal Justice college students (3rd year or above) or recent graduates for an entry-level compliance role. The position focuses on sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening, enhanced due diligence, and supporting global financial crime compliance activities. Prior work experience is not required; relevant coursework is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sanctions and PEP screening using enterprise screening tools
- Perform enhanced due diligence research and documentation
- Analyze potential compliance risks and elevate findings as needed
- Collaborate with internal business and compliance teams
- Students or recent graduates encouraged
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with internet-based research and handling multiple tasks
