Steven Douglas is recruiting for an Human Resources Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on HR-related matters
• Oversee employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
• Manage talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards administration
• Support organizational development, culture, and engagement initiatives
• Manage HR policies, procedures, and HR systems
• Provide guidance and support to managers on people management and performance issues

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
