Swoon's IT Consulting client is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist responsible for planning, developing, and executing communication strategies to support the rollout of compensation changes across the organization.
Contract Duration: 3 months w/ potential extension
Rate Range: $55 - $60/hr
Location:
Chandler, AZ office
Schedule:
HYBRID, 3 days in office, 8am - 5pm
- Develop and implement targeted communication plans for compensation changes, including timelines, key messages, and delivery channels.
- Craft clear, concise, and audience-specific messaging for emails, FAQs, intranet posts, leadership talking points, presentations, and town halls.
- Manage the sequencing of communications to ensure information is shared at the right time to the right audience.
- Monitor employee feedback and sentiment, adjusting communication strategies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or HR communications, ideally with exposure to compensation or policy changes.
- Experience in change management communications preferred.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, etc.).
