Position Summary
This position provides Compensation consultation to managers and directors throughout Phoenix Children’s. In addition, this position provides analysis of various compensation issues to enable appropriate decision-making. This position assists in the development of job descriptions which are housed in the electronic database and oversees the administration of the system with regard to job descriptions. This position participates in a variety of compensation surveys to include analysis and identification of trends and participates in the development and maintenance of the various salary structures.
Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (Required)
- Masters Degree in Business or Human Resources (Preferred)
- Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible compensation experience (Required)
- Experience using Performance Management software (Preferred)
- Lawson HRIS experience (Preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (Preferred)
