We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Trade-Wind Manufacturing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role plays a key part in supporting daily human resources operations and providing administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions, including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement, and recruiting. The HR Coordinator serves as a trusted resource for employees and contributes to an efficient, organized, and positive workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records, timekeeping data, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate coordination.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in administering company policies, HR reporting, and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training logistics.
  • Partner with managers to ensure consistency in employee communication and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
  • Payroll experience required.
  • Previous HR experience supporting multiple functions (recruiting, benefits, onboarding, etc.).
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
