Overview
The Keller Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a stable and growing company based in Phoenix. The HR Manager will lead and manage all aspects of human resources for the organization. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role that touches every part of the employee experience including benefits, payroll, employee relations, onboarding and culture initiatives. As the sole HR professional in the company, you’ll work closely with leadership and employees across all departments to build and maintain a positive, productive and compliant workplace.

- Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
- Annual Bonus (additional compensation types)
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, balancing employee needs with business goals.
- Administer benefits and 401(k) plans, and lead benefits renewals.
- Manage payroll for salaried employees using Paylocity.
- Oversee all onboarding and offboarding activities, including during acquisitions.
- Draft and manage offer letters and pre-employment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Communicate confidently across all levels, including C-level leadership.
- Identify and address HR issues proactively, offering thoughtful solutions.
- Foster a positive, employee-centered culture, even during challenges.
- Bachelor’s Degree and HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) required.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
